Clint has just finished a bathroom, laundry, kitchen reno on our 'vintage' home.

Despite the 'scary' bath removal (which we no idea about until we start renovating), and the few 'doh' moments, Clint took it all in his stride without any drama or dishonest up-selling.

I recently bought a house and soon discovered that the bath and vanity wouldn't drain.  I called my insurance company and they sent out some plumbers however, the issue wasn't covered by my insurance.

I didn't get a good vibe from the people I dealt with from the insurance company to otherwise privately engage them ( being told I would have to completely rip out my bath and dig up all the foundation concrete and pipes).  Considering the potential cost of what was ahead of me, I wanted to engage someone who I could trust and be honest about what the issue I was experiencing .

I was recommended WP&G through my network at the Wanneroo Business Association and he investigated the issue thoroughly, bringing in his specialist colleague to run a camera through the pipes. Turns out it was a huge lump of concrete in a bend in the pipe (probably from initial construction) that had collected debris over the years that was blocking up the pipe causing the bath and vanity to block up. He successfully extracted the concrete and debris and we have fully functional bathroom now!   I am so thankful as I will eventually renovate the bathroom and will engage WP&G when the time comes, but relieved that it isn't as urgent as I was led to believe!
